Version 1 - Duality
Depict two sides of the protagonist. Seduction and beauty contrasted with a dangerous sharp edge.
Version 2 - OBSESSION
Capture the protagonists lustful gaze but leave it up to the audience to decide what his true desires are.
Version 3 - DESIRE
Is it romance or a sinister desire? A soft and loving image contrasted with the cut and paste ransom note style of a serial killer.
Version 4 - ARTIST’S PSYCHE
The artist paints a faceless portrait, only adding detail to the earring. This begs the question, what is the real subject of interest?
